offers payment plans that are designed to make it easy and affordable for everyone to buy and collect contemporary fine art. It enables clients who may not usually buy original art to start a collection with payments spread over a time period, or for patrons to purchase higher priced works.
 Process
Contact Owner regarding the artwork you're interested in and we will discuss the time period in which to pay for the work introduce you to the Payment Plan Contract.
Notice:
Once a deposit has been made the artwork is considered sold and is removed from the market; therefore payments are non-refundable.

COMMERCIAL ART LEASING
​offers personalized service to assist business and corporate clients with the selection and placement of Fine Art.
Artwork can be leased on a short term basis for a small percentage of the total retail cost. 
The client has the option of purchasing the artwork at the end of the leasing term. All previous lease payments will be applied to the purchase price plus remaining applicable taxes.

Tax Deductions for Canadian Art Art can be tax deductible if you are operating a business (incorporated or unincorporated including freelancers and sole proprietor) and the art has been purchased with the intent of holding it long term to benefit your place of business (eg. exhibited in a place of business where it can be seen by clients and/or employees) Art must be made by the hand of a Canadian artist or an artist who was Canadian at the time of creating the artwork Valued at $200 or more, verifiable by an invoice or receipt We recommend that you check with your accountant as CRA rules change constantly.​
