Taught in England by a watercolour artist, I have grown to observe form, colour and detail in my natural surroundings. A love of flowers and the countryside are reflected in my paintings using watercolour, pastel and acrylics. Retiring to live in Canada, Owen Sound to be near our daughter, 25 Years ago, I took lessons with Sue Allison ( Shallow Lake),I was a long term member of the Shoreline Artists, and an active member of Studio XX. I took part in many art exhibitions and shows. Peter Reid and Bonnie Gardiner were very instrumental in lessons, advise, making these the most productive and happiest years of my painting career. |
