Italian-Canadian artist Luigia Zilli grew up in a place rich of history, architecture, and beautiful landscapes developing a true passion for art since her childhood. Young Luigia began attending art workshops and studying art at sixteen, learning precious skills of drawing, painting, fresco, trompe l’oeil and sculpting under the guidance of renowned sculptor Carlo Balljana, for whom she worked four years as his studio assistant. After more than twenty years since her first exhibition, showcasing her works throughout Italy and Canada, her paintings are now held in public and private collections worldwide and have been featured on TV, many magazines and newspapers internationally.
